In September, 2017 the State Central Committee (SCC) approved a resolution that established some guidelines for filing appeals. The SCC strongly encourages an appellant to follow these guidelines to ensure their appeal is prepared and presented in a way that ensures the SCC has the information it needs to render the best decision.
