Thanks to the Thomas Jefferson Institute for putting together this roadmap for consumers to follow – the Road to Higher Taxes in 2021. The Democrat-controlled General Assembly has passed several new taxes that go into effect in 2021. Of note, the gas tax, which went up this year, will continue to rise.
